To start building distribution network , you need one associate. You can promote as many associates as you can .When you have one associate you will be getting 15 PV as your first BOB. When your team members premote other associate to the buisness you will be getting BV(business volume). To get eligible for BV an arrrow team member has to have his team created.

Company prvides an oppertunity for selling our products in open market.You can earn 50% of the gross profit when you sell. Face to face retail sales allow you to earn more by purchasing Master arrow products either by E-commerce or direct at the distributor price and then selling them at the maximum retail price (MRP).

When you become a Trainer you will be getting 250 for each and every new Buisness opening.When you become a member of Master Arrow , you will have our application and will get 2 months free training by experts . As you are a part of powerful team where you could develop your interpersonal communication skills you will be able to train new Arrow team members soon . If you like teaching and want to be succesful leader , you can be one of our trainers.
If an Arrow member brings an Institution to this business He/She will be paid 250 per every new business opening , when they come in to the team. The Person who brings the institution need not to be a Traainer.If He/She is a trainer He/She will be eligible for both TI & II.
IF you purchase both English based career development programme and fitness you will be a premium package holder and you are getting 250 for each BOB. * If you are having premium package ,Institutional incentive and Training incentive together, you will be getting total 750 for each BOB.
Aa business Training fee (an amount of 250) per trainees will be paid to the one who trains the arrow team members in every month. As long as you are training your trainers, you will be getting paid this amount every month.
30% of the business training fee will be distributed to the network which is connected with the arrow team.
40% of the GP will be distributed to the Team. It will be devided equally.
10% of total retail profit goes to the stock keeper as SKP. Whoever purchers for more than 25000 can be a stoke keeper.When a stock keeper sells our product in open market he can get 60% profit. When he sells to arrow team members ha can get only 10% profit.
An executive member who achieves defferent ranks, will be getting paid Rank achieve Income according to his/her rank. It may be buisness trip, Tour package, gifts, cash, etc.
5% of the trainer profit (N/P) of the company will be devided and given to those who achieve specific ranks(Black Dimond).
